I bought this product to replace one. I shopped until I found a replacement that had the same cutout dementions as the one I was replacing. The website showed that this oven was the same and I ordered it. It is not the same!!!!! Its height is 2 inches shorter than stated and 3/4 inch narrower than the old one. Now I have exposed unfinished wood and screw holes showing. GE is a big enough company to get correct basic information to potential customers.

I JUST REPLACED THIS EXACT OVEN, (LEMON), WHICH BLEW OUT, LOCKED UP DURING CLEAN MODE 3X WHILE STILL UNDER THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS 1 YEAR WARRANTY! VERY FRUSTRATING AS EACH TIME, I HAD NO USE OF AN OVEN FOR 2 WEEKS. I HAD TO WAIT FOR A TECH TO COME TO THE HOUSE TO EVAL WHICH PARTS WERE NEEDED, , WAIT AGAIN FOR THE PARTS TO COME IN AND YET AGAIN TO REPLACE THE PARTS. I WAS TOLD NOT TO USE THE SELF CLEAN MODE IN THE FUTURE. REDICULOUS!!! AS I PAID EXTRA FOR THAT MODE OPTION.

GE products are the poorest quality that can be manufactured. We anticipate the new one will be just like the old one and will give us the standard 5-7 years before we have to take it to the landfill. GE is a terrible steward of the environment with no replacement parts and no takeback programs. DO NOT USE THE SELF CLEAN FUNCTION ON A GE DOUBLE WALL OVEN - IT WILL MELT THE CIRCUIT BOARD FOR THE CONTROL PANEL.

We bought the double oven and connected professionally and the appliance did not turned on. GE send people over to see what was happening. Ended up ordering stuff. They will get here 2 weeks later. Not able to cook, I should of have just returned it. Tried getting in-touch with GE customer service, but I couldn't get a hold of them.

I have had this 30-inch Double Electric Wall Oven Self + Steam Cleaning oven for a little over 2 weeks; however, I have thoroughly enjoyed everything about the oven. The size, ease of use and the touch pad screen is very user friendly. I have used a gas double oven for over 30 years and I am so happy I made the transition to this electric wall oven. I love to cook meals daily and for large gatherings and this oven has been a game changer for me. Thank you for making my time in the kitchen so much more enjoyable.

Top rack is grinding along the insides in both top and bottom ovens- Technician ordered a new rack and no better. Oven fan runs a long time after use and pre-heat takes longer than I would have expected. Aesthetically looks nice in new kitchen- new oven with scratched insides bc of the racks.

I have one issue with the racks. Fit too tight and scrape while changing the location; e.g. moving from middle to broil level. Was suggested to use PAM Avocado Oil (doesn't burn like veg. oil).
That helped but still sticks in several places. The procelain coated racks rub against the procelain coasted sides. Also, the ring tone could be a bit louder; hard to hear when you're in another room.

I've had my GE double wall oven for a few months now, and I'm pretty sure it's judging me. It sits there, all sleek and shiny, with its smart tech and even cooking, silently judging my culinary choices. It preheats in record time, while my brain takes a leisurely stroll just trying to figure out what to make for dinner.
The Wi-Fi control is a game-changer. I can preheat the oven from my phone while I'm still at the grocery store, which is fantastic. But let's be real, the best part is turning the light on and off from the couch, pretending I'm a culinary mastermind checking on a masterpiece when really I just forgot to turn it off after pulling out a frozen pizza.
And don't even get me started on the double oven feature. I used to think I'd be this master chef, baking a turkey in the bottom and a dozen pies in the top. In reality, it just means I can bake a tray of chicken nuggets at the same time as a tray of tater tots. Maximum efficiency for minimal effort.
The self-clean feature is next-level witchcraft. I put my messy, cheese-splattered ovens on the self-clean setting, and they come out looking like they just rolled off the factory line. I'm starting to think my oven is a clean freak who secretly gets a kick out of shaming my messiness into oblivion.
My old oven was like a finicky diva™"one side would be a crispy inferno while the other was a sad, undercooked mess. This GE oven, though? It's a reliable, consistent workhorse. The other night, I baked cookies in both ovens at the same time and they all came out perfectly golden. It was so satisfying, I almost felt guilty for not messing them up. Almost.
I'm pretty sure my family thinks I'm a better cook now. They don't need to know my "secret" is just a high-tech oven that does all the work for me. So yeah, I'm just a home cook with an oven that™™s far too advanced for my skillset, and I've never been happier about it.

just installed , told to leave it on at 350 degrees after he left and OMG the blower blowing out is heating up the kitchen to a ridiculous extreme. The air blowing out is measuring about 100 degrees . Hate it and been in the house so far less than an hour. Reaching out to anyone that can fix or take it away and replace with a better item

We™™ve been using these ovens for almost 2 years and had no issues. However, I decided to use the self cleaning cycle for the very first time and immediately stopped working. Costumer service was not helpful and they now expect us to pay for a technician visit. They advertise this product as self cleaning but the moment you use it it breaks your oven!!!

When it was delivered, it was damaged. It was left here and also will not go in the hole due to the receptacle being too low. An electrician has to come and move the receptacle up so the oven can be flush in the cabinet. I have been told that if it was damaged that it should not have been left here. I am waiting to hear back from GE to know how this is going to be dealt with. Being without an oven plus having a family and not being able to cook is very difficult and expensive! I can not give a rating of the oven itself since I have not been able to use it yet. Installed May 21 - so 16 days......not able to use oven at all!!!

I installed the double oven and it works, but the manufacturing quality is very poor. After installing the oven, I noticed a chuck of white insulation showing on the lower oven door seal. I removed the doors to install the oven. When I went to install the lower door, it would go into place. I had to get a fill to widen the slot on the door hinge so it would drop into place. When I installed the oven shelves they were so tight, that I scratched the walls of both ovens. That also means I won't be able to pull the oven shelves out while cooking unless I use my full body weight. The screws needed to install the lower trim were also missing. Overall, very poor manufacturing quality. I don't think I will buy another GE Oven.

I have had GE profile double ovens in my last 2 homes. The design is sleet and beautiful, while it preforms wonderfully! It bakes a beautiful loaf of sourdough or focaccia bread. It bakes evenly. The capacity is perfect for baking cookies or a turkey. It is programmable so you can set a delayed start time. I love it so much that when we moved and I remodeled my kitchen I took out the gas oven and replaced it with the same GE Profile double wall ovens I had in my previous 2 homes. It™™s so reliable why would I buy anything else!
