I love it for the variable speeds so I am able to better control it and avoid a mess with a huge burst of speed at the beginning. It is light weight but does a great job with mixing heavier mixtures. It is easy to clean and store.

My husband and I bought my hand mixer maybe 3 months ago at a target using a gift card. I was making cookies the other day and went to turn off the mixer and some part of the switch must've fallen inside the mixer because now it's stuck on the highest speed. I had to get my husband to unplug it to turn it off! I went to call for warranty but i don't have the original receipt considering a gift card was used to purchase the hand mixer! I'm so frustrated as the manual claims for hassle-free warranty, but i have no idea how to go about it.
Would not recommend to friends or family.

I bought this hand mixer back in April, and have been using it for the past 4 months - light to moderate use. I love the color, and the hand mixer certainly gets the job done for the price. One thing I wish is that the highest setting was a bit more powerful. I find myself mixing things on the highest setting most of the time, as the lower settings don't really accomplish much.

I love the colour. I love the weight and how easy it is to operate the buttons, including to eject the whisks. I have MS and don't have much hand strength or dexterity, and I tried several different mixers and found they were too heavy or difficult to me to use, but this one suits me perfectly. Does an excellent job mixing, too, of course.

I replaced my old hand mixer with this one and enjoy its pretty color as well as its quiet operation. It mixes batter well, and can even reach the desired consistency in a shorter time than called for by a recipe without raising the speed.

What a pretty mixer. The mixer has the same dependable qualities that all KitchenAid products have and a very pretty color. If you're using a mixer you may as well use a pretty one. Also if your using a mixer, you will never be sorry you chose a KitchenAid. They are sturdy and hold up to many years of use.

A hand mixer is must small appliance for me. This mixer works great. The five speeds meet the requirements for the different things that a mixer is used for. The beaters fit tight and easily removed for cleaning.

I bought this last month because it was on sale. I had 2 hand mixers that broke and I needed something to make buttercream. I don't know why I waited so long. Wish I could afford a stand mixer too but alas that is out of the budget. I love this mixer and would recommend it to everyone. Makes baking a breeze. It is also much quieter than my old mixers.

My mother in law bought this for me for Christmas and I absolutely love it. My previous (non kitchen aid) hand mixer was awful. It didn't have a great slow setting so every time you added dry ingredients to the bowl and turned the mixer on they would go every where. This mixer has a great slow to fast!! I would definitely recommend!

This mixer is supposed to be aqua but is closer to greenish blue, darker than pictured. Works great though! I had the same hand mixer for years that had wider blades on the beaters so the new almost wire-thin blades on this mixer was a surprise but it seems just as good at mixing as my old one that was perhaps 40 years old!

Received as Christmas present. I have used it maybe four times. So far it is working great. I look forward to many years of use. I like KitchenAid products in general. I have had a KitchenAid Pro Stand Mixer for about 25 years and have had no problems. It still looks and runs just like it did the first day. Can't get much better than that. I hope this new hand mixer will last that long too.

I bought this about 1 1/2 months ago and although I love the color I found it has not have the speed that I thought it would have. It works well with eggs and other lite mixes but doesn't have the higher speeds that I'm use to.Not reccomened for mashed potatoes
